We use FedEx, UPS, USPS to get our products to your door. Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order. 

How Much Does the Shipping Cost?

For all products on Pempet.com, shipping is FREE. The shipping carrier will deliver your parcel to your address.

Sales Tax

Your order may be subject to sales taxes. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days. The delivery time is about 3-7 days after shipment depending on your destination. A confirm email will reach out to your after the product is shipped.

We will try our best to ensure that the product reaches you on time, but the emergency may cause delay. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

Click the “Track My Order” button at the bottom of the website to make a query. If you can’t track your package by the tracking number, don’t worry, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

• Shipping time is estimated and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
• Please contact our customer service within 10-20 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
