I was really excited for this cat tree. Delivery went smoothly and all the pieces came undamaged. The screws are all in one bag but the instructions gives a decent breakdown on what is what. I struggled the most with attaching the ramp because of the angle. It came with an extra ball and screws in case of a mistake. My kitten immediately took a liking to it . I definitely recommend it to cat lovers!!
Great product! Fun color, perfect height, easy to assemble. Safe, good stability. Great material, very soft with high quality stratching posts. It even came with spare screws and an extra ball dangle! My cat loves it!
